MFCreateCaptureEngine function
Creates an instance of the capture engine.
Syntax
HRESULT MFCreateCaptureEngine( _Out_ IMFCaptureEngine **ppCaptureEngine );
Parameters
- ppCaptureEngine [out]

Receives a pointer to the IMFCaptureEngine interface. The caller must release the interface.
Return value
If the function succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
