Write the HTTP content to a stream.

Parameters
- stream
- Type: System.IO.Stream
The target stream.
- context
- Type: System.Net.TransportContext
Information about the transport (channel binding token, for example). This parameter may be null.
Remarks
If a request needs to be resent, this method may be called multiple times by HTTP handlers. When the method returns, the whole content was copied to the target stream.
