Unable to Upgrade to Windows Azure SDK for .NET using the Web Platform Installer

  1. Applies to: Upgrading from Windows Azure SDK 1.5 or earlier to Windows Azure SDK for .NET using the Web Platform Installer.

Ports 1433 and 1434 are Blocked
