This macro creates a SIM error value. This value can then be used to create an HRESULT.

Syntax

    ( (unsigned long)(errclass)<<8) | ((unsigned long)(code) )

Parameters

errclass
A SIMERRORCLASS value.

code
An error code.

Return Value

A SIM error value.
