Creates a new DOMParser object.


HRESULT retVal = object.create(ppIDOMParser);

ppIDOMParser [out, retval]

Type: IDOMParser

A IDOMParser interface that receives the DOMParser object.

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
