Gets the time when the Document Object Model (DOM) content finished loading into the document that is loaded by the window object.
HRESULT value = object.get_domContentLoadedEventEnd(ULONGLONG* p);
An ULONGLONG value that represents the time when the DOM content finished loading or
0 if the document could not be loaded.

The value reported by the domContentLoadedEventEnd property represents the number of milliseconds between the recorded time and midnight January 1, 1970 (UTC).
