fetchStart property

Gets the time when the user agent starts fetching the resource.

An ULONGLONG value that represents the time when the user agent starts fetching the resource.

Remarks

The value reported by the IHTMLPerformanceTiming::fetchStart property represents the number of milliseconds between the recorded time and midnight January 1, 1970 (UTC).
