Office also supports a value of 0, signifying that no security level is defined.

b.   The standard states that the valid values of the DocSecurity element are 1, 2, 4, and 8.

Excel does not support the values 4 or 8.

c.   The standard does not state that the values of this element can be combined.

Office allows the values of this element to be combined.
