Initializes a new instance of the Parameter class.

- Type: Microsoft.SolverFoundation.Services.Domain
The set of values that each element of the parameter can take. For example, the domain can be the set of real numbers.
- Type: System.String
A unique name for the parameter. If the value is null, a unique name is generated.
- Type: Microsoft.SolverFoundation.Services.Set
The index sets to use. Omit to create a scalar parameter.
- Full trust for the immediate caller. This member cannot be used by partially trusted code. For more information, see Using Libraries from Partially Trusted Code.
