To retrieve all of the user profiles in the system, the GetUserProfileByIndex WSDL operation can be used. The GetUserProfileByIndex WSDL operation will allow the protocol client to pass in the index of the user profile to obtain, and it will return information about that user profile and the index of the next user profile if such a user profile exists.
