2.2.5.3.2 NameListReferral Flag Set to 1
When the NameListReferral flag in the ReferralEntryFlags field is 1, the remainder of the version 3 referral entry MUST be formatted as follows.

SpecialNameOffset (2 bytes): A 16-bit integer indicating the offset, in bytes, from the beginning of the referral entry to a domain name.

NumberOfExpandedNames (2 bytes): A 16-bit integer indicating the number of DCs being returned for a DC referral request. MUST be set to 0 for a domain referral response.

ExpandedNameOffset (2 bytes): A 16-bit integer indicating the offset, in bytes, from the beginning of this referral entry to the first DC name string returned in response to a DC referral request.
