SearchFolderTraversalType Enumeration

The SearchFolderTraversalType enumeration identifies the options for how a folder hierarchy is searched by a search folder.

Member nameDescription
DeepSpecifies that a deep search is used to traverse the folder hierarchy. Deep traversal searches cannot be performed on public folders.
ShallowSpecifies that a shallow search is used to traverse the folder hierarchy.

This enumeration is used by the Traversal property of the SearchParametersType object.
