The Exchange Web Services (EWS) autogenerated proxy object models that are created by .NET Framework proxy generators are deemphasized and we do not recommend that you use them for new .NET Framework client development. The IsNotEqualToType class represents a search expression that compares a property with either a constant value or another property and returns true if the values are not the same.
