Updated: January 2011

This section includes many of the "how-to" topics that show how to use the Project Server Interface (PSI) and perform other programming tasks for Microsoft Project Server 2010. Examples of programming tasks include creating workflows for demand management, programming Project Server applications with the Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), customizing the Project Web App ribbon, creating Project Server Web Parts, and creating Project Server event handlers.

NoteNote

For information about programming with the JS Grid control, see JS Grid Control in the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2010 SDK. For the managed code reference, see Microsoft.SharePoint.JSGrid Namespace.

The Solution Starters for Project 2010 downloads in MSDN Code Gallery include tools with source code for creating and managing workflows, easy export and import of enterprise project types and associated entities, importing projects from SharePoint lists, bulk editing of custom fields, project cost capture, using an InfoPath form in a project details page, and building reports.
