Adds a conditional header to the request.

Parameters

request

Type: System.Net.HttpWebRequest

The web request.

header

Type: Microsoft.WindowsAzure.StorageClient.Protocol.ConditionHeaderKind

The type of conditional header to add.

etag

Type: System.String

The blob's ETag.
