RsaSignatureCookieTransform.HashName Property

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Gets or sets the name of the hash algorithm to use.

Remarks

SHA256 is the default algorithm. This may require a minimum platform of Windows Server 2003 and .NET 3.5 SP1.

If SHA256 is not supported, set HashName to "SHA1".

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
