Returns a String instance representing the title of the list within which workflow tasks will be created for this workflow association.
Remarks
It must not be a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic). It must not be empty. Its length must be equal to or less than 255. To set the workflow task list, use the SetTaskList method.
