Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2 Service Pack 1 (SP1) is an update for BizTalk Server 2006 R2. It includes fixes to issues that have been reported through our customer feedback platforms, as well as internally discovered issues. New Features in BizTalk Server 2006 R2 Service Pack 1
This service pack also includes the following new features.
WCF-Custom and WCF-CustomIsolated Adapters: Ability to Look up Custom Bindings from Locations Other than machine.config
With this addition, you can configure the WCF-Custom and WCF-CustomIsolated adapters to get custom bindings from locations other than machine.config. Additionally, you can export the existing binding configuration for a WCF-Custom or WCF-CustomIsolated adapter to a configuration file for reuse with other adapter handlers. The following new topics describe this functionality.
Support for Using Multiple Certificates to Sign Outgoing AS2 Messages
BizTalk Server 2006 R2 allows for one private certificate to be used for all signatures on outbound AS2 messages. With SP1, you can now also override this default, and specify party-specific certificates. Read more about this enhancement in the following topics.
