Mouse (Compact 2013)

3/28/2014

Mouse functionality in Windows Embedded Compact supports input from a mouse, a hardware input device that moves a pointer on the screen. Windows Embedded Compact supports user input from a mouse that has one, two, or three buttons or a mouse with a mouse wheel.

The mouse is an optional user-input device, and many Windows Embedded Compact powered devices rely on stylus or touch input rather than mouse input.

Applications process stylus and touch events as a click of the left mouse button.

To add this feature to your OS, see Mouse Catalog Items and Sysgen Variables.
