Transcriber Handwriting Recognition (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

The Transcriber Handwriting Recognizer Application functionality allows a user to provide input by writing on a touch screen. It recognizes all handwriting, regardless of whether it is cursive, printed, or a combination of both. It also recognizes common symbols and various control gestures, in addition to letters, numbers, and words. Transcriber Handwriting Recognizer Application functionality supports the English, French, and German languages.
To remove the transcriber package from your run-time image, clear the sysgen variable OPT_COMPONENT_TRANSCRIBER. For information about setting and clearing sysgen variables, see Setting or Clearing an Environment Variable (Visual Studio).
