Leave feedback for a prototype
You and your reviewers can provide feedback for a prototype directly in the SketchFlow Player using text or ink (using your mouse as a writing tool) at any time. You can also show or hide feedback for easier viewing of the prototype.
Feedback is saved automatically, and you can leave both text and ink feedback on each screen throughout the prototype. When you have finished leaving feedback, you can save the feedback as a file, and then display the feedback from the SketchFlow Player in the Microsoft Expression Blend design surface.
You can also show or hide annotations that were left in the prototype during the design process. For more information on the Annotations feature, see Annotate a document.
In the SketchFlow Player panel, click the Feedback tab and do one of the following:
Click Enable Ink Feedback . Click the color that you want to use, and then click the brush size that you want to use. You can now use the mouse to draw or write directly on the artboard.
Click Enable Highlighter Feedback . Click the color that you want to use, and then click the brush size that you want to use. You can now use the mouse to leave highlighted feedback directly on the artboard.
Ink must be visible for feedback to be visible. If you can't see feedback in the SketchFlow Player, click Show or Hide Ink Feedback .
In the SketchFlow Player panel, click Show Feedback options , and then click Export Feedback.
In the Feedback Author Information dialog box, add the author name and initials, and then click OK.
In the Export Feedback dialog box, browse to the location in which you want to save the file, and then click Save.
The feedback is now ready to be shared with the designer, who can view the feedback directly in the prototype by opening the .feedback file in Expression Blend.
With the SketchFlow project open, on the Window menu, click Feedback.
In the Feedback panel, click Add.
In the Add Existing Item dialog box, locate the .feedback file, and then click Open.
The feedback file now appears in the Feedback panel drop-down list. Text feedback appears directly in the panel. You can add multiple feedback files, and switch between feedback files in the Feedback panel drop-down list. You can also show or hide ink feedback by clicking Show Ink Feedback. Available ink feedback appears directly on the artboard.
