Business Activity Monitoring (BAM)

Information workers need to look at a business process in different ways. For example, a purchasing manager might need to see how many purchase orders are approved and denied each day, or a sales manager might want an hourly update on which products are being ordered. Meeting these diverse needs requires a general framework for tracking what is happening inside a particular business process. This is exactly what Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) provides.
