Type: PtypTime ([MS-OXCDATA] section 2.11.1)

The PidLidWeddingAnniversaryLocal property ([MS-OXPROPS] section 2.353) specifies the wedding anniversary of the contact (3), at 0:00 in the client's local time zone. It is saved without any time zone conversions.
