Description: The defaulted attribute is set when the owner was established by default means. This attribute MUST be present for the owner element, as specified in section 2.2.6. The value of this attribute is semantically the same as that specified in [MS-DTYP], relating to the OD flag in the Control field of the SECURITY_DESCRIPTOR structure.
