X509Certificate Constructor (SerializationInfo, StreamingContext)

Initializes a new instance of the X509Certificate class using a SerializationInfo object and a StreamingContext structure.

)

Parameters

info
Type: System.Runtime.Serialization.SerializationInfo

A SerializationInfo object that describes serialization information.

context
Type: System.Runtime.Serialization.StreamingContext

A StreamingContext structure that describes how serialization should be performed.

ExceptionCondition
CryptographicException

An error with the certificate occurs. For example:

  • The certificate file does not exist.

  • The certificate is invalid.

  • The certificate's password is incorrect.

Supported in: 4, 3.5 SP1
