NativeActivityMetadata.AddChild Method

Adds the specified activity to the metadata’s list of child activities.

Parameters

child
Type: System.Activities.Activity
The activity to add.

An activity added using AddChild(Activity) is a child activity that the parent activity can schedule directly. These activities are to be provided by the consumer of the activity. An example of this is the Activities collection of a Sequence activity. These activities (and any activities they add using AddChild(Activity) or AddImportedChild(Activity)) have access to variables added through AddVariable(Variable).
