Rw is a signed 32-bit integer that specifies a single row in a sheet using a zero-based index. This value MUST be between 0 and 1048575, inclusive, and MUST be between rwFirst and rwLast, inclusive, on the UncheckedRfX (section 2.5.153) structure specified by the rfx field on the sheet's BrtWsDim (section 2.4.858) record.
