"Intellipad"
"Intellipad" ("Intellipad")

The code name “Intellipad” tool for SQL Server is a basic text editor that contains features that facilitate development of several languages, including Microsoft code name “M”, MGrammar, and Python scripts. In addition, you can add additional features and supported languages by creating Python scripts. Finally, “Intellipad” supports easy customization of the User interface (UI).
