Imaging Requirements

The Windows Imaging Interface library includes the following resource files:

• Wimgapi.dll
  
  
• Wimgapi.h
  
  
• Wimgapi.lib (AMD64)
  
  
• Wimgapi.lib (I386)
  
  
• Wimgapi.lib (IA64)
  
  

By default, resource files are installed with the Windows® Assessment and Deployment Kit (Windows ADK) at C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.0\Assessment and Deployment Kit\Deployment Tools\ in the SDK\WIMGAPI folder. For Windows® 7, resource files are installed with the Windows Automated Installation Kit or Windows OEM Preinstallation Kit to the default location C:\Program Files\<version>\SDKs\WIMGAPI (where <version> is either Windows OPK or Windows AIK).
