DrawDibClose function

The DrawDibClose function closes a DrawDib DC and frees the resources DrawDib allocated for it.
Syntax
BOOL DrawDibClose( HDRAWDIB hdd );

Return value
Returns TRUE if successful or FALSE otherwise.
