UpdateSitePlacements Service Operation
Updates one or more website placement bids in an ad group.

Request
An UpdateSitePlacementsRequest object that contains the request message that the client passes to the operation.
Response
An UpdateSitePlacementsResponse object that contains the response message that the operation returns to the client.
