HttpResponseBase.RedirectToRoutePermanent Method (String, Object)

When overridden in a derived class, performs a permanent redirection from the requested URL to a new URL by using the route parameter values and the name of the route that correspond to the new URL.

routeName
Type: System.String

The name of the route.

routeValues
Type: System.Object

The route parameter values.
