Parameters

valueFactory: Type: System.Func<T>
The Func<T> invoked to produce a lazily-initialized value when an attempt is made to retrieve Value without it having been previously initialized.

ArgumentNullException	valueFactory is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
