DataFormatLCID Element

The DataFormatLCID element provides the LCID that the server uses for data formatting, including date/time, number, and default currency. Currently, the value is the server machine system default LCID, which allows customers to choose a server data format by setting the machine system default locale.
This element is mostly used for internal purposes.
