Microsoft.Crm.Sdk.IsvReadiness Classes

This helper code gives you a programmatic way to modify sections of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization XML files. Before you use this code, you should be familiar with the following topics:

Application Navigation Configuration

Describes how to use SiteMap to modify or add to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application navigation.

Adding Client Extension Controls

Describes how to use ISV.Config to add custom buttons, menus, or entity navigation areas throughout the application.

SiteMap XML Reference

Describes the valid XML elements and how they can be used to configure the application navigation.

ISV.Config XML Reference

Contains the valid XML elements and how they can be used to configure client extension controls in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The following Microsoft.Crm.Sdk.IsvReadiness classes are supported.

AreaDefines an area in the site map.
GroupDefines a group in the site map.
IsvConfigCustomizerModifies the IsvConfig XML in a Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization file.
IsvLeftNavigationItemDefines a navigation item in an entity form.
LocalizedLabelRepresents a multilanguage text element used by both the IsvConfig and SiteMap schemas.
MenuItemDefines an item that may appear in a menu on the global menu bar, entity menu bar, or grid actions menu.
SiteMapCustomizerModifies the SiteMap XML in a Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization file.
SubAreaDefines a subarea in the site map.
ToolBarButtonDefines a button on a toolbar.
UtilityProvides utility methods that are used by the other helper classes.
