The Device Stage metadata package for a printer device, a scanner device, or a multifunction printer device contains XML files that are named Packageinfo.xml, Behavior.xml, and Tasks.xml. Packageinfo.xml describes the contents of the Device Stage metadata package and specifies the devices that the package is compatible with. Behavior.xml specifies the behavior of the Device Stage page for the device. Tasks.xml defines the tasks that are listed in the task categories in the lower pane of the Device Stage page.
