EntityFunctions.StandardDeviationP Method (IEnumerable<Decimal>)

Invokes the canonical StDevP function. For information about the canonical StDevP function, see Aggregate Canonical Functions (Entity SQL).

Parameters

collection
Type: System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable<Decimal>
A set of numeric values.

Return Value

Type: System.Nullable<Double>
The statistical standard deviation of the population in the input collection.

This function is translated to a corresponding function in the database.
