MSFT_SIPGlobalMeetingPolicyData

Defines a global meeting policy. Meeting policies can apply to Live Meetings, Communicator conferences, and public switched telephone network (PSTN) dial-in conferences.

The property values for the MSFT_SIPGlobalMeetingPolicyData class map to the settings found in the Add Policy or Edit Policy dialog box. You can access these values in the Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Administration Tool by right-clicking Forest, pointing to Properties, and then clicking Global Properties. In the Office Communications Server Global Properties dialog box, click the Meetings tab. On the Meetings tab, either select an existing policy and then click Edit, or click Add to create a new policy.

The following syntax is simplified from Managed Object Format (MOF) code and includes all inherited properties. Properties are listed in alphabetic order, not MOF order.

Required. Specifies whether presenters can share control of applications or the desktop during a application-sharing meeting that includes federated and anonymous users.

The value of this property is not case-sensitive.

Required. Specifies whether audio conferencing is enabled.

The AllowIPAudio property maps to the Enable IP audio checkbox in the Edit Policy or Add Policy dialog box.

AllowIPVideo

Access type: Read/Write

Required. Specifies whether video conferencing is enabled.

The AllowIPVideo property maps to the Enable IP video checkbox in the Edit Policy or Add Policy dialog box.

AllowPresenterToDelegateRecording

Data type: boolean

Access type: Read/Write

Required. Enables a presenter to allow meeting attendees to record meetings.

The default value is False.

The AllowPresenterToDelegateRecording property maps to the Presenter can allow attendees to record meetings checkbox in the Edit Policy or Add Policy dialog box.

AllowPresenterToRecord

Access type: Read/Write

Required. Controls whether an internal presenter can record meetings.

The default value is False.

The AllowPresenterToRecord property maps to the Allow presenter to record meetings checkbox in the Edit Policy or Add Policy dialog box.

ColorDepth

Access type: Read/Write

Required. Controls the color depth used to display slides and other meeting content.

The value of this property is not case-sensitive.

Required. Specifies whether this is the default policy that is applied to users that lack a globally or explicitly assigned policy.

True indicates that this is the default policy.

The DefaultPolicy property does not map to the Edit Policy or Add Policy dialog box.

EnableAppDesktopSharing

Data type: boolean

Access type: Read/Write

Required. Enables program and desktop sharing during Web conferencing for users of the policy.

The EnableAppDesktopSharing property maps to the Enable program and desktop sharing checkbox in the Edit Policy or Add Policy dialog box.

EnableDataCollaboration

Data type: boolean

Access type: Read/Write

Required. Enables data collaboration conferencing or Web conferencing.

The EnableDataCollaboration property maps to the enable web conferencing checkbox in the Edit Policy or Add Policy dialog box.

EnablePSTNConferencing

Required. Enables PSTN dial-in conferencing.

The EnablePSTNConferencing property maps to the Enable PSTN conference dial-in checkbox in the Edit Policy or Add Policy dialog box.

InstanceID

Optional. A GUID value that uniquely identifies an instance of this class.

The GUID must be encapsulated between the "{" and "}" braces; for example: "{01234567-0123-4567-89AB-CDEF01234567}".

The InstanceID property does not map to the Edit Policy or Add Policy dialog box.

MeetingSize

Data type: uint32

Access type: Read/Write

Required. The maximum number of participants that an organization’s meeting can admit.

An organization can invite more participants than the maximum meeting size, but once attendance reaches the maximum meeting size, no one else can join the meeting.

The minimum value for this property is 2 and the maximum value is 1000.

The MeetingSize property maps to the Maximum meeting size text box in the Edit Policy or Add Policy dialog box.

Name

Data type: string

Access type: Read/Write

Required. The name of the policy for this instance of the class.

The value of this property is not case-sensitive. The maximum length of the string is 256 characters.

The Name property maps to the Policy name text box in the Edit Policy or Add Policy dialog box.

PolicyDN

Data type: string

Access type: Read-only

Optional. The distinguished name (DN) of the policy.

The value of this property is not case-sensitive.

The PolicyDN property does not map to the Edit Policy or Add Policy dialog box.

RetainPPTForExternalMeeting

Data type: boolean

Access type: Read/Write

Required. Controls whether the Microsoft Office Live Meeting client is allowed to download native format PowerPoint content or PNG files that capture the content of each PowerPoint slide.

If True, the native format PowerPoint content is downloaded by clients. If False, the native format PowerPoint source content is unavailable and cannot be modified by attendees. Attendees also cannot see any active content or animation.

The default value is False.

The RetainPPTForexternalMeeting property maps to the Use native format for PowerPoint files checkbox in the Edit Policy or Add Policy dialog box.

TrustedConferencingPinRequired

Data type: boolean

Access type: Read/Write

Required. Controls whether a passcode is required for PSTN dial-in conferencing.

The TrustedConferencingPinRequired property maps to the PSTN conference dial-in requires passcode checkbox in the Edit Policy or Add Policy dialog box.

Type

Data type: string

Access type: Read/Write

Required. Indicates the type of the meeting policy.

The value of this property is case-sensitive. The only acceptable value is meeting.

This class gets and sets information at the following level: Active Directory.
