[This is preliminary documentation and is subject to change.]
The Live Framework SDK includes three reference implementation libraries that you can use to program with the Live Framework:
-
.NET Toolkit for the Live Framework: A programming library for use with the Microsoft .NET Framework.
-
.NET AtomPub Library: A programming library for doing AtomPub operations.
-
Silverlight Toolkit for the Live Framework: A programming library for use with the Microsoft Silverlight™.
Notes
-
For this community technology preview (CTP) release, Silverlight development is only supported by About Mesh-Enabled Web Applications.
-
Because the .NET libraries and the Silverlight libraries share the same namespace, they also share the same reference documents. The references for the libraries can be found in the .NET Library section of this documentation. See "Version Information" in each reference topic for .NET Framework and Silverlight support.
-
Live Framework JavaScript Kit: A programming library for use with JavaScript.
Note For this CTP release, JavaScript development is only supported by About Mesh-Enabled Web Applications.
