How to: Modify Pages [AX 2012]

To modify pages in Enterprise Portal, use the web-based interface in SharePoint. At the page level, you can perform actions such as adding web parts, removing web parts, or re-arranging web parts.

To modify a page

In Enterprise Portal, navigate to the page that you want to modify.

In the ribbon, display the Page tab.

Click the Edit Page command.

Make the adjustments to the page, such as adding or removing web parts.

Save the changes to the page by clicking Stop Editing in the Page tab.

If you will be distributing the page modifications to other Enterprise Portal installations, import the updated page into the AOT. For more information, see How to: Import Pages into the AOT.
