The Manage Screen Names page allows you to add a screen name for you agent that you would like to be provisioned. Provisioned screen names will always appear online, and the limit on the number of buddies will be removed.

Click the Manage Screen Names link.

Enter a valid Windows Live ID as a Screen Name.

The Profile for this Windows Live ID has what is called a "PUID" that uniquely identifies the screen name. To find the PUID:

Go to http://login.live.com and log in.

Click on “Profiles”

Click on “Edit your account profile”

Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the “Unique ID: FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF”

This Unique ID is your PUID. Copy this into the PUID field in the Manage Screen Names page.

Click Add. You now have a new screen name associated with your agent.
You can remove screen names by clicking Delete at any time.
