Customer Experience Improvement Program

To improve future releases of Microsoft Expression Design, you can decide to join the customer experience improvement program (CEIP).

If you agree to join, the program collects information about how you use Expression Design, about your software and hardware configuration, and about any problems you encounter. The information is then used by the Expression Design team to improve workflow, usability, reliability, and performance, to identify potential bugs, and to design new features to benefit our customers.

The information that is collected is anonymous. No source code or any other potentially sensitive information is collected. If you decide to join the customer experience improvement program, you will not be interrupted by additional messages when you work, and the operation of the program will not decrease the performance of your computer. You can stop participating in the program at any time.
