Remarks

This exception typically indicates a problem in the source provider. It is thrown when the source provider creates a change batch but does not properly specify the made-with knowledge for the change batch. This can occur when the change batch is empty and contains no made-with knowledge. It can also occur when a group was started in the change batch but never ended.
