LayoutEditorPart control

The LayoutEditorPart control is used to edit properties that affect the layout of an associated Web Part control.
The LayoutEditorPart control becomes visible only when a Web Parts page is in edit mode, and when a specific Web Part control has been selected for editing. The LayoutEditorPart control, like all other EditorPart controls, resides in an EditorZone zone.
To add a LayoutEditorPart control to a page

Drag the LayoutEditorPart control from the Toolbox task pane to an EditorZone control on the page.
