Hyperlinks website view

The Hyperlinks view in the Web Site window shows a diagram of all files that link to a selected file or that are linked from a selected file. You can set different viewing options and use the diagram to verify hyperlinks to external files.

The diagram represents broken links, including hyperlinks and file references, by an arrow with a shaft that's split in two, and represents links that aren't broken or that are unverified by an arrow with a solid shaft.

  • In Hyperlinks view of the Site View, point to the icon of the file the hyperlink or reference points to.

  • In Hyperlinks view of the Site View window, click the plus (+) or minus (-) sign next to the icon of the file.

  • In Hyperlinks view of the Site View window, in the diagram, right-click the file you want a diagram of and select Move to Center.

  • Right-click the icon of the file you want to verify and then click Verify Hyperlink.

  • Either double-click the item in the list or right-click the item and point to Open With and then click a program.

  • Right-click a blank area and select Show Page Titles.

  • Right-click a blank area and select Hyperlinks to Pictures.

  • Right-click a blank area and select Repeated Hyperlinks.
