Reset menus
You can reset menus to their original images, names, and commands by using your pointer or you can use the Rearrange Commands dialog box which is accessible using a keyboard menu. For more information, see Rearrange commands.
To show original menu commands

Do one of the following:

On the Tools menu, click Customize.

Right-click anywhere on any toolbar, and then click Customize.

In the Customize dialog box, on the Options tab, click Reset menu and toolbar usage data.
Note:Reset menu and toolbar usage data does not remove any commands you've added and does not add commands you've removed.
To restore original settings for a menu

Do one of the following:

On the Tools menu, click Customize.

Right-click anywhere on any toolbar, and then click Customize.

With the Customize dialog box open, right-click the menu you want to restore, and then click Reset.
To restore original settings for a menu command

Do one of the following:

On the Tools menu, click Customize.

Right-click anywhere on any toolbar, and then click Customize.

With the Customize dialog box open, click the menu that contains the command, right-click the command, and then click Reset.
