Create a form

To create a form, you first drag a form from the Toolbox panel onto your page. The form appears as a dotted box on your page. Next, you drag form controls from the Toolbox panel into the form. For information about each of the form controls, see Form controls.
To create a form

In Design view, drag Form from the Toolbox to your page.

Drag form controls from HTML section in the Toolbox to your form. For information about each of the form controls, see Form controls.
To delete a form control

Click the control you want to delete, and then press DELETE.
To delete a hidden form control

Right-click the form, and then click Form Properties.

Click Advanced.

In the Advanced Form Properties dialog box, in the Hidden fields list click the name of the control you want to remove, and then click Remove.
