You set startup options for Microsoft Expression Web by using the Application Options dialog box.

In the Startup section, do the following:

Select this	To do this
Open last site automatically when Expression Web starts	Open the last site you opened in Expression Web when you start the program.
Check if Expression Web is the default editor for pages	Check whether Expression Web is set to open all web pages.
