Create a new folder in a project

To create a new folder in a project

In the Projects panel, select the folder under which you want to create a new folder. For example, select your project name (not the solution) or any folder under your project name.

Do one of the following:

On the Project menu, click Add New Folder.

Right-click the folder in the Projects panel, and then select Add New Folder.
A new folder appears under your selected folder, ready for you to change the name.

If you have to rename the new folder again, right-click the folder, and then select Rename.
