Change the stacking order
Expression Studio 3.0
Click a StackPanel object in your Microsoft Expression Blend document, to make the panel the active object.
In the StackPanel object, click a child object to select it.
On the artboard or in the Objects and Timeline panel, drag the child object into the desired position in the order. Notice that as you drag the object on the artboard, a blue line shows where you can insert the object.
